One Year Ago

Let's see... a year ago Flipper's closed. And, almost as if guided by the Invisible Hand, Destructoid has a short essay on the decline of American Arcades. It's a pretty interesting read, and so are many of the comments.

Yes yes yes, it's technically labia but I hate trying to be highbrow about things.)

Plus, while I'm shooting out news from AROUND THE WORLD!!!111, here's one from the totally obvious pile: dance games burn more calories than treadmills.

I can't believe weekends are so short. Ah well.
